$17.97 į—·į—©TᕼᖇOOį—° į–‡į—“į‘ŽO!

That’s right. I only made two trips to my local depot store for purchases less than $10.00 each. Everything else, was free or I already had.

I woke up one Saturday morning and said ā€œI want to redo my bathroom ā€œ and so that is what I did! As a single woman, nothing was more satisfying.

I am very happy with the results, I needed this!

I did that!! šŸ‘ All šŸ‘ By šŸ‘ Myself! What an experienced that was. I spent 5 days, using every spare minute I had, working on this to get it finished. Side note…I completed this project using only a #handsaw

My father loaded up a bunch of #pallets from our work and brought them to my house for me, I then purchased #nails, nail glue, borrowed a #handsaw from my stepfather, used paint I already had from previous projects, purchased paint brushes and that folks…was it! $17.97 for a new look in my upstairs bathroom.

Towards the end, I had to call my dad because I couldn’t figure out how to puncture the stupid friggin seal on the liquid nail tubbing. I tried and thought of everything, including thinking it was a good idea to stick a nail down the tube. Which ended up working, but I had to push it through and now my liquid nail has an actual nail stuck in it. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

I strongly encourage anyone who has always wanted to try a home project to try it.

We shall see how long this lasts. I didn’t hit a lot of studs. The boards that are nail glued are pretty good though. Kinda felt like my carpenter level is the same as this guy ā¬‡ļø. šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

šŸ˜‚. Couldn’t resist!

Xoxo,
