This trip was just WOW. Hard to put 4 days of continuous fun in the sun into wordsβ¦
Lying in bed one Sunday morning in February, Nathan and I decided that we needed a mini vacation. Neither of us had ever been to California so originally, thatβs where we decided on. We wanted to hit up Yosemite National Park and Lake Tahoe, CA
The universe however, had other plans for us. The night before we were supposed to leave, the airlines cancelled our flight!
We spent the entire evening calling and canceling our hotels, connecting flights and excursions. Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park, CA would all have to wait until another time.
The very next day, we met for lunch and booked another trip that would depart in less than 24 hours! Instead of heading out west, we settled for down south!
One of the very first indications we made the right choice was being upgraded to a convertible. SO MUCH FUN!
What a treat! Kind of pricy at $175 per person, but it was worth every penny. We plan to do it again when we visit again.
Friggin SCOOTERS! Who would have ever thought one of the most epic things Iβd ever do on vacation. Better than the helicopter ride if you ask me!
I laughed for 15 minutes straight!
We are very much looking forward to making this an annual trip!
